Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in (such as your name, email, phone number, property address or question), the page you were on, and how you arrived (for example, a search engine or a campaign link). We don’t ask for, and you shouldn’t send, financial account numbers or government ID numbers.

How we use it

To answer you, send what you asked for (like a guide or a home valuation), and follow up about real estate. Form submissions go into our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss), which only Matt Valentine and authorized members of his team can access.

Texts and calls

We only text or call if you check the consent box. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of getting information. We don’t sell your information or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. Booking runs through Calendly, and embedded videos load from YouTube. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.
