Fair Housing
Equal Housing Opportunity
Matt Valentine and Homes of Idaho are committed to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for achieving equal housing opportunity. We follow the federal Fair Housing Act, which prohibits discrimination in housing because of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, familial status or national origin, along with any additional protections under Idaho law.
How that shows up on this site
- Our neighborhood and city guides describe places and homes: housing types, lot sizes, prices with their sources, commutes, parks and what’s being built. They never describe who lives somewhere or who an area is “for.”
- For schools, we name the school district and point you to the district’s own boundary information. We don’t rate or rank schools.
- Our forms never ask about your household, children, age, religion, national origin or disability.
- Every client gets the same service, the same information and the same honest advice.
